Privacy Policy

This page describes exactly what GlobalPath stores about you, why, and how to see, export or delete it.

What we store

When you create an account, we store your account email through Supabase authentication and a profile record holding your display name and avatar. When you complete your Global Opportunity Profile, we store what you type across its seven sections: identity, education, career, languages, finances, goals and constraints. We also store any records you save, application plans and their tasks and documents, your alert preferences and a history of alerts sent to you, and audit snapshots of each match run performed against your profile.

Your data is yours, and isolated

Every table that holds your data is protected by row-level security in our database. This means the database itself enforces that your rows are only ever readable or writable by you — not just our application code. No other user, and no part of the product, can read your Global Opportunity Profile, saved records, plans or alert history.

Email and alerts

Email alerts are off by default. If you opt in to alerts for a saved record, every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link that immediately stops future alerts without requiring you to sign in.

Exporting and deleting your data

From Settings, you can download a complete export of everything described above as a single file, or permanently delete your account and all associated data. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Public source records

GlobalPath also displays official published data that is not personal to you — for example GOV.UK guidance on the UK Skilled Worker route and the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. These are public records published by government sources, kept with a reference to where they came from and when they were last checked.
