GlobalPath is an information and research tool. It helps you organise your own profile and compare it against publicly published requirements and registers. It is not legal advice, not immigration advice, and it does not act as a licensed immigration adviser, solicitor or agent of any kind.

No promise of any outcome

Nothing shown in GlobalPath is a promise or prediction that you will obtain a visa, job, scholarship, admission or sponsorship. Match results describe how your profile compares to published conditions — they are not eligibility decisions and are never a guarantee.

Beta, UK-only coverage

GlobalPath is in beta. Its only live coverage today is the UK Skilled Worker route and the Home Office register of licensed sponsors. Other workspaces referenced in the product are planned and not yet live. Coverage, accuracy and availability may change without notice during the beta period.

Always confirm with the official source

Requirements, thresholds and registers change. You must independently confirm any requirement with the official published source (for example GOV.UK) or with an accredited immigration adviser before relying on it or taking any action.

We do not submit anything on your behalf

GlobalPath never submits a visa, job, scholarship or admission application on your behalf, and never contacts a sponsor, employer or institution for you. Any application remains entirely your own action, made directly with the relevant organisation or official body.

Acceptable use

You agree to use GlobalPath only for your own personal research, to provide accurate information in your profile, and not to misuse, scrape, resell or attempt to circumvent the security of the service. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service or its data.
